Mike was born in Seattle, WA but grew up with his family in Towanda , Kansas . “I owe a lot to my parents. I definitely got my work ethic and drive from my Mom and Dad. They’re great.” Mike is without a doubt, the “Hardest Working Realtor in Town” and prides himself on that.

Mike attended the USAF Academy in Colorado Springs, has owned several local businesses and got his real estate license in 1994. It wasn’t until 2002 when Mike implemented his team concept and his real estate business took off. Mike spends most of his time selling real estate and helping the team implement new systems and technologies. He thrives on staying on the cutting edge and thinking outside the box. “The customer is our ONLY focus. If you ask yourself, what does the customer want and start there …. you can’t go wrong.”

When not selling real estate, Mike enjoys playing ice hockey, skydiving, flying, practicing martial arts, working out and having fun with friends. Mike also has a passion for music and plays the piano and saxophone.

Good afternoon. I have been working with Lyn for the past 8 months to find the "perfect" house. My daughter, son-in-law and Lyn put hours and hours looking at houses for me before when I was living in Seattle. I moved to Park City in June, and started again. I had been approved for a loan, but the houses I was looking at had contracts on them before we were able to make a bid. Lyn worked very hard and looked on my behalf. Bobbie Navarrette

Bobbie spent the last several years in a small south central Kansas community raising her two sons. She recently returned to Wichita and joined the Mike Grbic Team. Bobbie’s background has been in Accounting and Office Management. One of her strong points she brings to the “Team” is her joy in customer service. As the Listing Manager, Bobbie is the “quarterback” of the Listings Team and implements and oversees Mike’s marketing system for our seller clients. Bobbie has incredible sense of responsibility and work ethic and prides herself on the job her department does for the clients. “I take my job very seriously, people are counting on us.” Bobbie keeps the team laughing and having fun.

In her spare time she enjoys relaxing with friends listening to local bands. The beach is her favorite place to go on vacation and hopes when she grows up that she’ll be a waitress at a tiki bar on a beach somewhere. She loves the arts.

Kris has been a Wichita native all her life and loves the atmosphere here. Kris has a background in banking and mortgage lending. Ryan joined the team earlier this year as the Director of Signs, Lockboxes and Express Deliveries. He drives the company van and is responsible for pick up and delivery of flyers, contracts, signs and lockboxes. Ryan is a current student at Butler Community College and will be attending WSU business school next year and majoring in real estate and land development.
 


Robin Cantu
Director of First Impressions

Robin was born in Houston Texas and moved to Kansas 2 years ago making Wichita home. She found a great church, her fiancé and at last a great job! Robin has always had an interest in real estate. She is the Director of First Impressions, and makes sure that everyone gets the attention they deserve. Her plans include moving up in the company and maybe even becoming an agent one day. Robin’s plans include attending college to pursue a master’s degree in music. Her favorite quote is “The proof of desire is in the pursuit”.

Aside from work, one day she hopes to become a Christian music artist. She plays the French horn, piano, guitar, drums, and sings. She enjoys writing music, drawing art, and photography.

Dave attended the University of Kansas and has over 30 years experience as a professional photographer. For 12 of those years Dave was a staff photographer for the Wichita Area Association of Realtors. He also has about 15 years sales and marketing experience in the financial services and securities field.

Dave has had the unique experience of being a client before joining the team. After he and his wife sold their home with the team, Mike approached Dave after learning of his photography background. “I need a full-time experienced photographer,” Mike said. And that’s all it took. After such a good home selling experience, Dave knew that this was the place for him. Dave is a perfectionist and takes great pride in his work. His can do attitude and customer first mindset make him an asset to the team and our clients.
